A microwedding in Tuscany
Tuscany is one of the top destination wedding areas in Italy. Most of the couples coming from abroad dream about having their best day surrounded by the fantastic landscape of Tuscany.
Emily and Roy had this dream. They wanted to get married in this area in a private villa with their close family. So they opted for a microwedding in Tuscany.

A Tuscan villa to get ready
They chose a beautiful small villa in an iconic Tuscan landscape of rolling hills and cypress trees. It is an exclusive and historic villa, sensitively restored with references that go back to 1295, a perfect fusion of past and present.
This villa is located in the heart of the UNESCO-protected Crete Senese, just over 15 minutes from Siena and halfway to the renowned Brunello of Montalcino vineyards.

A microwedding ceremony in Tuscany
Emily and Roy decided to have their micro wedding in Tuscany, beginning with a ceremony organized in the beautiful garden of the villa surrounded by the Tuscan rolling hills.
The ceremony was held by a good friend of theirs.
Wedding Floral decor was simple: small bunches of olive leaves decorated the chairs along the aisle.
Emily wore a simple yet elegant wedding dress. The bridal bouquet was made with white roses and olive leaves, chic and pure like her dress, a perfect match.
The ceremony was enriched by the music of a typical Italian band. accordion, violin, and folk guitar. It was able to create a playful and joyful atmosphere in a perfect Italian style — the ideal setting for a micro wedding in Tuscany.

A special wedding reception in Tuscany
After the ceremony, Emily and Roy took some shots in the villa’s garden and some funny pictures with our vintage Vespa motorbike. It was so cute.
The reception took place on the terrace of the villa. While the aperitif was served under the pergola. Guests could admire the landscape at sunset. We planned seated dinner under the pergola.
They chose to have a top table decorated with olive leaves and candles all along its length, enriched by fair lights that set up a romantic touch. This is what we call Tuscan style! The ideal if you are thinking about a microwedding in Tuscany.
The wedding reception ended with the cut of the wedding cake, an Italian Millefoglie cake, with olive leaves and candles.
After the wedding cake, they jumped the wedding dances with family and friends.
We wish to thank Ivan Lastorina – the wedding photographer of the day, for these beautiful pictures of Emily and Roy microwedding in Tuscany.
