Going for an historic vibe for your wedding? Find it in Puglia!
Charlotte and John are two lovely guys who decided to get married in Puglia, Southern Italy.
John is English and he lives and work in London. Charlotte a wonderful American girl. They fell in love with Puglia for its great hospitality, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful sunny wather. Puglia has a rich heritage of ancient traditions and also a wonderful regional cuisine and good local Apulian wines. As the matted of fact Puglia can be a perfect destination for a dream wedding in Italy.
Charlotte and John decided to get married in September in an ancient wonderful castle in Puglia near Bari.
We were happy to be their wedding planners welcoming with wedding guests coming from all over the world to celebrate our bride and groom.
For their wedding ceremony Charlotte and John chose the beautiful chapel of the castle.
Little chapel is located on the left side of the castle in a wonderful setting. Floral arrangements inside the church were really simple but incredibly charming with greenry, English roses and white pillows to complete the decor.
Charlotte was incredibly pretty in her simple but very elegant wedding dress and her romantic hairdo
Bridal bouquet was a blend of white and pink peonies with a sage color ribbon to tie it.
She walked down the aisle of the chapel with her dad and her mom, it was surely an emotional moment.
Bridesmaids were so pretty in their elegant bridesmaids gowns.
A romantic Catholic Ceremony officiated by a nice American pastor and a luxurious wedding reception inside the castle made their special day really fabulous.
After the ceremony everyone enjoyed a rich aperitif with drinks and canopies on the beautiful garden of the castle.
Due to uncertain weather conditions we planned a wonderful reception indoor in the wonderful rooms of the castle.
All the 90 guests found their seats a the tables for a fantastic wedding dinner.
We took care of floral arrangements, décor and details to make them perfect!
Our bride and groom wanted long imperial tables arranged in rows in the rooms of the castle.
For their wedding reception centrepieces they chose long green garlands with peonies and English roses in the soft colours of cream , white and pink. It was so delicate and romantic!
We also added turtle color and grey candlesticks with wooden table names.
Bride and groom chose traditional Apulian dishes to let their guests taste the real taste of Puglia and italy in general.
After the wedding reception a sweets buffet was displayed for the guest and while tasting delicious desserts the party could start! It was set in the second hall of the castle where a great band performed live music followed by dj set later on.
Our best congratulations to Charlotte and John! Such a great day we will remember for a long time! Thanks for sharing this wonderful event with us!
A special thanks also goes to Cinzia Bruschini for her great photos you can see in this post.
