A DREAMY WEDDING IN PUGLIA BETWEEN SIMPLICITY AND REFINEMENT

Today we will speak about an Italian couple: Alessandra and Rino. They got married on July 1st on a wonderful summer day in Puglia region.

For their wedding chose the little church of Madonna delle Grazie in Apulian countryside. We are in Palagiano town, near Taranto. Palagiano is located by Mediterranean sea and it has a wonderful antique history. You can really breath Southern Apulian culture and tradition here. Valle d’Itria is just here and it is a wonderful bucolic atmosphere for a wedding. This is was just like Ale and Rino wanted.

Church floral arrangements were really special and different. All the decoration was based on wood vats of different heights full of flowers: pink tulips, chamomile, musk , white heather. Just gorgeous!
It was simply perfect ,intimate and charming.
Alessandra was really stunning in her elegant and refined wedding dress matching a chic bouquet of tulips, chamomile and freesias.
She walked down the aisle of the church with her dad. Then she finally met her Rino and a ceremony full of joy could start.

Front yard of the church is ideal for a refreshing drink following a Catholic ceremony and so they did.
Alessandra and Rino wanted an unforgettable wedding reception with party to follow for all their guests. We planned it for them in a wonderful wedding venue in Puglia.

We had the pleasure to plan every single detail to make their dream come true.

After the ceremony the group moved to charming Apulian hamlet with trullos – the famous traditional Apulian buildings. Trullos cannot miss in an Apulian wedding if you really want to get the atmosphere in your pictured! They are so lovely. The hamlet is right into the wild- so called selva – an area full of green and ancient trees. A perfect venue for a country and bucolic wedding in Apulia.
This fantastic hamlet architecture draws perfectly cultural traditions of Apulia, you can see here stones, stone walls, pinnacles of trulli and you can breath a real natural flair.
Among Valle d’Itria olive trees, close to Adriatic Sea, you will experience story of gestures, smells and voices of an authentic land in every corner of the estate.

For their wedding reception Ale and Rino wanted a lovely aperitif just by the beautiful pinewood of the hamlet. They welcome their 230 guests just here.
Italian and Apulian rich buffet to follow was served in the trullos area. The joyful atmosphere was completed by an Italian folk style trio playing. This made the reception really Italian style!

Floral arrangements at the hall were in a country chic style too. Skilful florist created a wonderful setting based on our idea. Being a wedding planner could be also give some idea and suggestions on decorations for our couples! Florist created special wooden handmade boxes with meadow flowers inside and decorated bride and groom’s names.
Three glass jars for each table filled with walnuts, almonds and cherries acted as table name sign.

In Puglia you can find excellent restaurants where you can taste real Apulian cuisine and great Apulian wines. And this reception was no exception!
Amazing food and live music played by a band on a stage near wedding reception tables were other perfect ingredients for a special wedding reception!

We provided a polaroid corner too where all guests could take a picture and stuck it on bride and groom’s personalised book we arranged for them.

The magical atmosphere was enhanced by hanging lanterns creating a special set by the swimming pool area where Alessandra and Rino’s cut their wedding cake, a perfect end for such a fairy tale wedding.
